A Cooperative Control Strategy for a Hydraulic Regenerative Braking System Based on Chassis Domain Control

In order to solve the problems of wheel locking and loss vehicle control due understeering or oversteering during braking energy-recovery process hydraulic regenerative system (HRBS), aiming at characteristics chassis domain that can realize coordinated work among various systems, a cooperative strategy HRBS based on was proposed. Firstly, test bench built, accuracy simulation model verified by comparing it with test. Next, proposed designed, which coordinates anti-lock actuation (WAAS) adjust cylinder pressure problem in energy recovery coordinate anti-loss (VACAS) generate yaw compensation moment detecting slip ratio, rate sideslip angle. Finally, established through co-simulation Carsim Matlab software, results showed this paper could not only avoid turning low-adhesion roads, but also improve efficiency 29.64% compared controls ratio.
